Feeling creative

Despite the crappity cold weather today, I am having a happy time indoors making these!
Fabric covered notebooks! I have put off making these for a long time. I thought it would be complicated but it's not too bad!
I have covered this one in quilting cotton.

This one is a red linen mix made from a pair of trousers!I think I shall add some lace or something to this one as it looks a bit plain at the mo!

This one is my favourite. I bought this fabric last summer at the car boot. It had been made into a stool cover, badly! But I loved the fabric, it's by Jane Churchill and it's called Roses and Ribbons.Very handy for covering notebooks!

Have a great week ladies!

They look lovely - are they glued on?

Lovely note books, I covered my diary this year with paper as I thought fabric might be a bit tricky to stick? Any top sticking tips would be most welcome.

I tried to do this last month and mine came out terrible and I gave up. Maybe I'll have to get it back out and see if I can fix it!

These notebooks look very, very nice!!! Especially the one with the roses! Did you glue the fabric or did you use vliesofix (I don't know if you call that the same in English)?
Have a nice day!

I can see that other people have already asked what I wanted to know - how are they stuck? Hot glue gun? And how do you stop the fabric from wrinkling?
