I'm covering a sweetie tin next!
I haven't done a tutorial as it's so easy, just cut a length of tape, peel the backing off one side and stick your fabric strips to it.
I trim off the excess after I've stuck it to the tape.
Just googled it so here's a link to a lovely tutorial done with single pieces of fabric, not scraps

Ive been doing this too, but with strips of one fabric. I'm off to try the patchwork effect now! Lovely stuff!! XX

Love the tape...It's such a good idea and I'm going to try it as I have some of the double sided tape here and it is never used...it looks so pretty,
