My recent makes

My fingers are a little bit sore at the moment from the amount of hand sewing I've been doing. But I absolutely love it, so relaxing and you can do it while watching the TV! Here's what I've been making.

Tiny fleecy hearts with pretty rosebuds and gingham loops.I thought these would look pretty attached to gifts or just as decorations.

I really enjoyed making the Russian Dolls, especially embroidering their little faces.
I made some bigger ones too!
I've been having some thoughts on whether to open an Etsy shop, I do have a website but people who like to buy handmade things like to browse Etsy. What do you think? I'd love to hear your thoughts on the matter.

Hope you all have a good weekend whatever you're doing

Love the Russian dolls! You have nothing to loose by opening an Etsy shop, as its easy to set up & cheap to list. I know that it is very quiet on etsy at the moment but don't let that put you off!

Have a good weekend

Your makes are so pretty, I can imagine your fingers ache now! I would give Etsy a go, I don't think it costs anything, does it, after all you don't know till you try!
Have a good week,

Oh these are so gorgeous! You must sell them!( I want!!)
why not put them in your webshop and then you wont have the extra Etsy charges..or put a couple of them on etsy and then a link to your shop... They'll be gone in no time!

The more places you put your items up for sale, the more chance you have of making more frequent sales, and you can link both together. I would put on Etsy, you just have to bear the charges in mind. I would like to try it sometime, I have got as far as the opening of an account stage. I do like the fleece material you use for your crafting, so much softer than the average felt. x
